The revised field of science and technology classification (free access library )

Hi there!

Ever wondered why publishers charge so much money for scientific articles? And charge from readers and authors. Well, there are good news: we are trying to make all those articles accessible either completely free, or at cost of supporting infrastructure (yeah, that is at least an order of magnitude cheaper than Elsevier charges). This is just a start (hence a name), but there will be more, stay tuned. Oh, and dont mind incomplete and buggy OCR, get the PDF. Maybe it is finally time to finish what Aaron Swartz did not.
